Dr. Anastasia Armyros obtained an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences in Kinesiology & Health Promotion from Sheridan College, where she developed strong strength and conditioning skills that allowed her to coach high-level athletes. She then proceeded to work as a strength and conditioning coach with hockey athletes. Her love for sports, rehabilitation and manual therapy brought her to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where she pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic, all while being heavily involved in the rock climbing community. Dr. Armyros practices using an evidence-based, patient-centered style, heavily focused on rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy and acupuncture. Dr. Armyros loves rock climbing. She has been route-setting since 2022 and sees it as a way to give back to the climbing community. Due to her interest in climbing, Dr. Armyros has vast knowledge of treating and rehabilitating various unique climbing injuries including shoulder, elbow, wrist and finger injuries. In her free time, Dr. Armyros enjoys rock climbing, strength training, hiking, card making and crafting. Languages: Greek, English
