I've been practicing massage for over 15 years. My goal is to provide clients with compassionate and professional massage. Using my hands as well as my heart, I help my clients relax and bring them back to a world where life is manageable. My massage techniques alleviate aches, pains and muscle tension by enhancing a biophysical process such as relaxation or circulation. This results in decreased muscle pain and spasms, aiding in the recovery from physical exertion or injuries.
