Rachel van Romondt

Rachel van Romondt M. OMSc Osteopathic Manual Practitioner Rachel Is a classically trained Osteopathic manual practitioner, with an in-depth understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Having begun her carrier in health and wellness in 2002 as a Registered Massage therapist, Rachel brings a wealth of experience and knowledge gained over 18 years in patient care. Her approach to treatment is unique, and geared to address the specific needs of the individual. She approaches the body as a dynamic unit, and restores alignment in a gentle manner, to allow for proper function, health and wellness. Rachel applies her experience to help support her patients’ through treatment, and education, to address many chronic and acute conditions alike. As a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, and a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association since 2017, she has attained the highest standard of Osteopathic training available in Canada, a program of over 4200 hours of education, and more than 1000 hours of practical training. As well, Rachel has an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy from Centennial College, and has been a member of the College of Massage Therapists since 2002. In addition, she has pursued continued education relating to Fascia, PNF stretching, Yoga, Personal Training, and Structural Alignment over the years, and looks forward to applying her passion for continuous learning to the field of Osteopathy. Rachel is so excited to bring her experience, and drive to excellent patient care, to the team at ‘The Osteo’s Path’, and is thrilled to be working alongside such highly esteemed practitioners.
