After making a big leap from a completely different career, I quickly realized I’d landed right where I was meant to be—helping people feel better, move better, and reconnect with the bodies they live in. Every day in the clinic reaffirms that sense of purpose. I offer prenatal, deep tissue, hot stone, and relaxation massage, and each session is fully customized to support your body’s changing needs through every stage of life. When I’m not with clients, you’ll likely find me at a ball diamond or on the golf course, soaking up family time and adventuring with my two wonderfully energetic boys.
