Intraoral massage is a gentle, specialized technique that works both inside and outside the mouth to release tension in the jaw, face, and surrounding muscles. It can help reduce TMJ discomfort, jaw clenching, headaches, facial tension, and stress while supporting greater ease, mobility, and nervous system relaxation. Gloves are always worn for intraoral work.
