Kerrin graduated from VCMT in 2011 and enjoys helping her patients along their health journey, whether it's recovering from an injury, or maintaining a lifestyle of healthy habits. She will utilize therapeutic or relaxation techniques including myofascial release, deep petrissage, IASTM/scraping, pin and stretch, stretching, and joint mobilizations to promote balance in muscle strength and muscle length. She also discusses homecare stability and mobility exercises to help patients feel better long term. Kerrin has experienced various injuries including 4 ACL reconstruction surgeries in her knees. These, along with many other acute and chronic injuries, have helped her understand how to manage an active lifestyle despite experiencing pain or discomfort. Through her training and rehab, Kerrin has been able to return to her regular fitness routines including strength training, daily steps goals, tennis, skiing, and keeping up with her young twins! Kerrin has particular interest and experience treating multiple areas of the body, including neck, shoulders, low back, hips, and leg pain (particularly knees of course!). She also enjoys treating pre and postpartum, and has faced many of the postpartum challenges herself, including the instability and imbalances that the postpartum phase brings.
