Massage Therapy
For first time clients only. Prenatal massages are designed to be safe and comfortable for pregnant women, often focusing on the lower back, hips, and legs. They involve specialized positioning, typically side-lying or supported prone positions, and avoid deep pressure on the abdomen, legs, and certain pressure points.
Reflexology
A deeply relaxing treatment focused on the feet to help restore balance throughout the body. Using gentle pressure techniques on specific reflex points, reflexology may help reduce stress, improve circulation, and support overall well-being. This calming session encourages relaxation, grounding, and a renewed sense of harmony for both body and mind.
