Carly McArthur

Carly is a Registered Massage Therapist and a recent graduate of Durham College. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO). Carly is passionate about helping clients get results, feel more comfortable, relaxed, and connected to their bodies. As a newly graduated therapist, she brings a fresh perspective, a strong commitment to learning new skills, and a client-centered approach to every treatment. Growing up she played hockey and lacrosse, Carly experienced firsthand the demands that an active lifestyle can place on the body. Massage therapy became an important part of helping her manage muscle tension, support her recovery, and maintain her body while playing sports. Those experiences have given her a personal appreciation for how beneficial massage can be for people who are active, whether they’re competitive athletes or simply enjoy staying active. Carly believes Massage therapy should be personalized to each individual and their goals, whether that means reducing muscle tension, managing everyday aches and discomfort, supporting an active lifestyle, or simply taking time to relax and recharge. Areas of Training & Techniques Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Relaxation and stress-management massage, Dry cupping therapy, Myofascial techniques, Trigger point techniques, Soft-tissue assessment, Range-of-motion assessment. Her approach begins with listening to each client and understanding their unique needs. She strives to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where clients feel heard, respected, and cared for.
