Using various evidence-based therapies and strength training as tools, Josh’s goal is to get you moving pain-free. Josh is from the Lower Mainland and has a strong connection to his community. He believes that everyone is capable of pursuing their interests, and if there is pain or an injury holding them back, it should be addressed, not forgotten. He has played multiple sports growing up, mainly hockey, and has a strong passion for working with sport related injuries. Josh’s interests have led him to work with the UBC Thunderbirds Men’s Ice Hockey which he still continues today to pursue his interests and help the team’s performance. No matter what your goal or interest, he is motivated to find the source of the problem and work together to find the best ways to solve the issue. Outside the clinic, Josh can be found in the gym, hiking, playing competitive hockey, or at the beach trying to enjoy some sunlight. Languages spoken: English, Punjabi
