Faith Smash, LMT , is the owner and lead therapist of Nenriki Therapy , a sanctuary for intentional rest and restorative care. A 2008 graduate of Healing Hands Institute in Westwood, NJ, Faiths approach blends clinical skill with intuitive presencecombining the science of healing with the art of connection. For nearly two decades, Faith has supported professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, leaders, and community change-makers the high-capacity humans who hold multiple roles and pour into everyone around them. Her work centers on helping people stay whole, grounded, and emotionally regulated while navigating the demands of purpose-driven lives. Massage therapy is both restorative and expressive for Faith. She views each session as a co-created experience where the nervous system can exhale, the body can reorganize itself, and the mind can return to clarity. Outside of the treatment room, Faith is an explorer at heart. She enjoys simple adventuresbowling, horseback riding, trying new activities like archeryand anything that connects her to nature, animals, and the softer sides of life. She cherishes time spent with her loved ones and considers those relationships a grounding priority. Faith often dreams of owning a farm one day, where stillness, care, curiosity, and community can shape the rhythm of her days.
