Pulse Physio & Performance
Lisa is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong interest in movement patterns, injury recovery, and rehabilitation. She completed a B.A. in Kinesiology & Health Science and Psychology at York University, followed by a Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Sutherland-Chan School. She recently added acupuncture certification to her skillset. Lisa’s approach is rooted in patient education and collaboration. She blends manual therapy, movement, and functional exercise to create treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals. She’s passionate about helping people feel stronger and more in tune with their bodies. Originally from Toronto, Lisa recently made the move out of the city for a new adventure. She loves staying active and believes in a balanced, healthy lifestyle - whether it’s through a great workout or enjoying her favourite sweet treats! She’s a dedicated runner and triathlete who has completed several marathons and enjoys helping other runners stay injury-free and performing at their best. Lisa is excited to be part of the team at Pulse and looks forward to supporting you on your journey to better movement and health.
