I was introduced to Massage and Energy work while working at a retreat center in Hawaii in 1997. In 1998, I began training in massage, and spiritual practices in Kansas and Hawai’i, and became Certified in therapeutic massage and Lomi Lomi (Hawai’ian massage), on the Big Island of Hawai‘i in 2001. I use the traditional Swedish form of Therapeutic Massage, Lomi Lomi, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Pre-Natal, Hot Stone Massage, and Spa Therapies in my practice as well as simple spiritual practices to help remove unwanted energy/tension and restore balance. I work with professional athletes, pre and post athletic events; with injury care and prevention; students, teachers, parents, artists, activists, health care professionals, and have been entrusted with the care of many families as their Massage Therapist.
