Following a double major undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Medical Sciences at Western University, Jonathan completed his Master of Physiotherapy (M Phty.) at the University of Sydney in Australia. He was an active member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, having been a member in good standing involved in various areas of physiotherapy. Working alongside former Chairman of Sports Physiotherapy Australia, Andrew Han, Jonathan was involved as a team physiotherapist for Baseball New South Wales and the Australian Baseball League (an MLB affiliate). Having had experience working at a large medical facility in Western Sydney, Jonathan has a keen interest in all sorts of musculoskeletal conditions and loves a collaborative approach to care. Currently, Jonathan is eager to work with his patients to maximize their lives whether they have injuries or seek preventative work and uses his toolkit of deep tissue massage, joint mobilisation, dry needling, and exercise to get them there. A unique area of interest of Jonathan is treating headaches and migraines. He is one of three physiotherapists in Canada to have completed his Levels in headache and migraine treatment techniques while in Australia. Outside of work, Jonathan can be found behind the camera snapping photos, and plant shopping with his wife even when there’s no more room for them.
