With over 20 years of experience in orthopaedic private practice, she brings a manual therapy approach to treatment with an added emphasis on exercise and education. Post-graduate accomplishments include completing diplomas in Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy and Certified Integrated Dry Needling (CIDN). She has a strong skill set in assessing and treating all peripheral and spinal conditions, with clients of all ages. Her most recent course work has focused on the assessment and management of concussions, including post-concussion syndrome. Heather has always been involved in sports and grew up as a figure skater. Being active and experiencing her own injuries allows her to better understand the needs and goals of her clients and bring a unique level of understanding and empathy to her treatment sessions. She was fortunate to blend her love of sport and knowledge while volunteering as a physiotherapist with Skate Canada at national and international events.
