Aman has been a registered physiotherapist with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia since 2007. She is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing the things they enjoy. She is deeply passionate about collaborating closely with her clients to help them achieve their personal health and wellness goals. Her comprehensive approach includes a variety of personalized treatment methods, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, education, acupuncture, and dry needling, ensuring that each client receives the best possible care. Additionally, Aman is committed to creating a welcoming, caring and supportive environment for women to address pelvic floor issues, recognizing the vital importance of this aspect of health. As a mother of two, she cultivated a profound understanding of the various challenges that many women encounter, which significantly enhances her ability to deliver compassionate and effective treatment. Her approach is centered around empowering individuals by personalized treatment plans that cater to their specific needs and circumstances.
