Being fully present is my first priority in life and in practicing massage. I listen well and serve each client where they are that day. I am skilled in Swedish and deep tissue techniques, using slow, deliberate movements that will relax and refresh. Insurance accepted: Cigna, Aetna (Out of network), Providence, Healthnet, PacificSource (Out of network), Trillium, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Kaiser/Heraya, HMA, and SAIF. All others are out of network. Also accepts membership and package clients, MVA or self pay clients.
60 minute duration massage therapy treatment. Please arrive with plenty of time to check in and be on the table at the appointment start time.
