I was born and raised in Jacksonville, NC and studied massage therapy at Coastal Carolina Community College. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I worked for Schilsky Chiropractic for 11 years as a Certified Chiropractic Assistant, Certified X-ray Technician and PI department manager. I'm trained and licensed in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone and Reflexology massage techniques. I'm extremely passionate about helping people manage and improve their anxiety, depression, PTSD and sleep disorders utilizing my unique massage applications. When I'm not massaging I enjoy training and running marathons as well as practicing yoga. As a very active person myself, I love to help people maintain an active lifestyle without discomfort from aches and pains.
