I was born and raised in the northern interior, where I developed a deep appreciation for people, movement, and the outdoors. After completing my Master’s in Physiotherapy at UBC as part of the UBC-North cohort in Prince George, I moved to Vernon to be part of a community that values active living as much as I do. The access to trails, mountains, and year-round outdoor activities felt like the perfect fit (not to mention the warmer weather!). I love working with people from all walks of life and helping them get back to the activities that bring meaning and joy to their everyday routines whether that’s keeping up with the grandkids, returning to sport, tackling a new goal, or shredding down the mountain. My approach is holistic and collaborative, blending individualized exercise programs with hands-on manual therapy, education, and goal-setting. I believe progress is strongest when it’s shared, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to support you in finding more comfort, confidence, and control in your body. I’m excited to call Vernon home, along with my golden retriever, Gus. When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me on a trail somewhere hiking, biking, snowboarding, or simply enjoying the beauty of the Okanagan.
