BScKin, MPT, Dip Manip PT, FCAMPT, CGIMS Lauren is a British Columbia native who joined the ZONE Sports Physiotherapy team in 2012. She has been involved in private practice sports and orthopedic physiotherapy in Saskatoon since her graduation from the University of Saskatchewan, with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 2009. Prior to this Lauren completed her Kinesiology degree, graduating with honors and great distinction in 2007. Since graduating she has completed her Diploma of Spinal Manipulation through the Canadian Orthopedic Division in 2013. In previous years Lauren has occupied a sports medicine team role with the U of S Huskies Women’s Basketball Team and Saskatchewan Provincial Lacrosse Teams, as well as working as a personal trainer in multiple settings. Lauren grew up heavily involved in athletics competing at both local and provincial levels. Currently in her spare time she is continuing to expand her athletic horizons by taking a keen interest in snowboarding, strength training, yoga, hiking and golf.
