#Stephanie Palmares Stephanie Palmares is a Registered Massage Therapist with a special interest in orthopaedic injuries and rehabilitation. She takes a client-centred approach to care, creating treatment plans based on each person’s individual needs, goals, and comfort. Her treatments incorporate therapeutic massage, myofascial techniques, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM). Stephanie has also completed additional training in pregnancy massage and values creating a comfortable and supportive environment where clients feel heard and involved in their care. Outside of the clinic, Stephanie enjoys hiking, camping, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her two dogs.
