Delainey graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Therapy and became a Certified Athletic Therapist in June 2025. She works not only with athletes of all ages, but also with individuals seeking injury recovery, prevention of future issues, and performance optimization. Her approach to treatment combines hands-on manual therapy with patient education, providing the guidance needed to support optimal recovery and overall well-being. Empowering patients through clear communication and collaborative goal setting is central to her practice. She has also completed post-graduate certification in cupping therapy. Delainey grew up in Steinbach, where she played volleyball and softball. Outside the clinic, she works with the Winnipeg Rifles football team medical staff. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors—camping and hiking with her husband in the summer and hitting the ski slopes in the winter.
