Certifications Upper/lower Myofascial Release Certification SCAT-5 Concussion Management As a competitive gymnast for 9 years, Bella developed a deep understanding of injury management in high level sports ultimately leading to an interest in rehabilitation medicine. This led to her completing her Bachelors in Kinesiology at Western University, followed by her Masters of Science for Physical Therapy at University College Dublin. Bella strongly believes in the importance of health promotion, injury prevention and rehabilitation through individualized plans of care for people of all ages and abilities.
