Janelle earned her Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Ottawa in 2022 before completing the 4 year Osteopathic Manual Practitioner program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. She also became a certified Pilates instructor in 2024. With a strong interest in anatomy, physiology, and human movement, Janelle is passionate about helping the body restore its natural ability to self-heal and regulate. She takes a patient-centred approach, using osteopathic manual therapy to identify and address the underlying causes of dysfunction while supporting each individual’s overall health and well-being.
