Full Range Physiotherapy and Wellness

I had worked for nearly ten years as a personal trainer, which I loved, but I wanted to be able to have a greater impact on people. After completing a bachelor’s degree in cellular biology and genetics at UBC and spending a year in South Korea teaching English, I attended UBC to get my master’s degree in physiotherapy. I have since completed the additional training necessary to offer Functional Dry Needling treatments, which I feel has been invaluable in helping people move better and get stronger. When working with any client, my basic tenet is this: find out what’s going on, find out what helps drive improvement, and determine how that client can maintain and progress that improvement on their own. My goal is not “addiction” to treatment. I strive to give people the tools and knowledge that allow them to drive the desired changes in their own bodies.
