My name is Madaline Valdez. I am 21 years old. I always had an interest in helping others feel better and relieve pain. I started my career as a medical massage therapist at European Medical School of Massage. We specialize in Swedish massage, soft tissue release, myofacial release among many more. My strength is STR/stretches and Swedish massage techniques and my goal is to help others as a medical massage therapist
Massage

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
