Ryan grew up on the North end of Vancouver Island where he spent his time playing hockey and enjoying the outdoors. Ryan completed his Kinesiology degree in 1999 from Simon Fraser University and has been providing exercise therapy on the Island ever since. Having the opportunity to work closely with each individual to help them return to a more active and pain-free lifestyle is what Ryan loves most about his work; he believes that through education and developing appropriate movement patterns, you can help improve your quality of life. Ryan will work with his clients to develop the most appropriate program for them, whether it is a home program, gym program, pool program or a combination of them all. Ryan has many years of experience working with clients with arthritis, fibromyalgia, back pain, joint pain and recovering from motor vehicle accidents. When not working, Ryan spends his time exploring the local beaches, hiking the trails and mountains with his wife and two young children and new puppy.
