Jolene brings over 25 years of massage therapy experience to Greenville along with a reputation for finding the exact spot everyone else missed. She works with everyone from athletes to hard-working parents, has a particular love for chronic pain cases, and customizes every session to deliver targeted relief, recovery, and lasting relaxation. Jolene trained in Alberta, Canada, graduating with a diploma in massage therapy and more than 2,200 hours of instruction. She spent eleven years in San Diego County building her own practice and earning dual citizenship, then returned to her hometown in Saskatchewan and built a practice there as well. After empty nesting, she wanted a warmer climate and a wider horizon. She took a chance on Greenville, packed her car with what fit, sold the rest, and has been here for over a year. Jolene is experienced in deep tissue and therapeutic massage, prenatal and postnatal, Active Isolated Stretching, Swedish, cupping, and trigger point therapy. Her focus is chronic pain and restoring movement in people. The cases she enjoys most are the ones others have given up on: patients who have seen a string of clinicians, never found real relief, and have started to assume that is simply how it will be. Outside the clinic, Jolene and her dog, Blue are regulars on the Swamp Rabbit Trail. She likes to hike, bike, play golf and pickleball, and is working her way through downtown Greenville and its restaurant scene. She calls Upstate Spine & Sport her dream job and is thrilled to serve the Greenville community.
