For over a decade, Jessie has worked with people to clear blockages, restore range of motion, alleviate pain and bring more balance to the body, mind and spirit. Jessie seeks to provide the people around her with an opportunity to shift their nervous systems from the sympathetic "fight or flight" to the parasympathetic "rest and digest." When she is not working with others or on her Yoga mat, you might find Jessie traveling, on her paddle board, or in her garden.
