Dr. Kara-lyn Alexander is originally from Stephenville, Newfoundland. She attended Memorial University of Newfoundland where she obtained her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree in 2019. Following this, she attended Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she recently graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She is also trained in instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, and acupuncture/electro-acupuncture. Dr. Alexander’s goal is to get patients back to doing what they love and feeling their best. Outside of work, Kara loves to walk her dog, hike, read and spending time with family and friends. Her other love is broomball. Dr. Alexander started playing junior broomball in Stephenville when she was 15, and continued to play for the next 5 years until she went away for her education. She has played recreationally in St. John’s and Ontario over the years, and now with her return to Newfoundland she was able to play in the senior provincials last year with Stephenville. She is looking forward to her upcoming season.
