Rob Hasegawa is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and return to the activities they enjoy most. His approach combines thorough assessment, hands-on care, movement education, and practical strategies designed around each patient’s goals and lifestyle. With extensive experience working with a wide range of patients — from active individuals and recreational athletes to people simply wanting to move through daily life more comfortably — Rob focuses on understanding the root causes contributing to pain, movement limitations, and recurring issues rather than simply treating symptoms. Rob has also worked extensively with high-performance athletes and has provided chiropractic care as part of the medical team for the Canadian National Triathlon Team at two Olympic Games and eight Triathlon World Championships. This experience has further strengthened his understanding of movement, performance, injury management, and helping people return to the activities that matter most to them. As an athlete himself, Rob brings decades of personal experience in training, performance, and resilience to his work. His athletic background spans over 30 years and includes a 2:41 marathon, a 32:20 10 km performance, multiple Ironman finishes with a personal best of 9:38, and more recently a podium finish at HYROX Vancouver 2025 along with a podium finish at the 2026 Hornby 25km trail race. Today, Rob continues to train and compete, reinforcing his belief that strength, movement, and long-term health are built through consistency and sustainable habits over a lifetime. Rob believes education is an important part of the process. He works closely with patients to help them better understand how their bodies move and provides practical recommendations, exercises, and strategies that support long-term progress and help reduce the likelihood of recurring problems. Patients appreciate Rob’s thoughtful, methodical approach and his ability to clearly explain what is happening and create realistic plans that fit into everyday life. His goal is not only to help people feel better today, but also to help them stay active, move confidently, and continue doing the things they love. At Good To Go Sports Therapy, Rob believes long-term health is built through a combination of treatment, education, movement, and sustainable habits.
