Her practice is dedicated to helping patients navigate their health concerns with clarity, confidence, and sustainable solutions. Her approach is evidence-informed, patient centered and extends beyond symptom management to health resilience, helping patients feel better now while building the foundation to stay well for years to come. Dr. Bridget integrates functional laboratory assessment, personalized nutrition, targeted supplementation, hormone and nutrient prescribing, and sustainable lifestyle strategies that are both realistic and effective. She incorporates accountability coaching to support lasting change and works collaboratively within an integrative care model alongside other healthcare practitioners to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care. Dr. Bridget maintains a general family practice at The WOMB, supporting individuals from all backgrounds from early adolescence onwards. Originally from Collingwood, with strong roots in the Georgian Bay area, she feels grateful to practice close to the landscapes that shaped her! Her compassionate, collaborative style of care was shaped by her own experience navigating a chronic health condition, deepening her understanding of the body’s innate capacity to heal when properly supported. She is committed to ensuring patients feel informed, empowered, and confident in their health decisions at every stage of life. Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find her outdoors in every season — hiking, skiing, or swimming — at the farmers’ market with a coffee in hand, trying a new local restaurant, or in her kitchen testing a new nourishing recipe.
