The Bridge - Sports Therapy & Training

#40 420 - 40th Street South, Lethbridge, AB, T1J 4Z5

I graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and from the University of Alberta with a Master's of Science in Physical Therapy. I have a fine arts background in dance and music and have completed RAD and RCM exams. I take an active approach to treatment with an emphasis on exercise and education, and enjoy finding ways to move that work for you and your goals. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy hiking, strength training, practicing pilates, or reading a good mystery! ###**Specializations** Physiotherapy ###**Interests** Resistance training Hiking Pilates
