Shauna is a physiotherapist and Functional Medicine Certified Professional with over 25 years of experience, drawn especially to complex, chronic cases where clients feel like they have already tried everything. She blends advanced orthopedic physiotherapy with a functional medicine lens, always asking why something is happening rather than simply where it hurts, and connecting the dots between symptoms, lifestyle, stress, hormones, and past injuries to find what is actually driving the problem. She grew up playing the organ and quietly taught music lessons on the side through high school, which perhaps explains why she listens more carefully than most.
