Janet Simpson has worked in the health, fitness, and wellness field for over 30 years and has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 1996. She specializes in Myofascial Release, with the majority of her career devoted to advanced fascial study and hands-on clinical practice. Janet has been a practitioner of the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach since 1998. Her work focuses on identifying and treating restrictions within the fascial system to support greater mobility, balance, and lasting change throughout the body. Grounded in a holistic understanding of physical, emotional, and lifestyle influences on health, Janet’s approach combines careful assessment, skilled hands-on treatment, and patient education. Registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and British Columbia, Janet has worked in a wide range of clinical and wellness settings, including chiropractic clinics, massage therapy practices, spas, and movement-based environments. These experiences continue to inform her thoughtful, integrative style of care. Janet also draws on her background in Yin, Restorative, and Hatha Yoga to support clients with simple self-care practices that complement treatment and encourage awareness, regulation, and healing between sessions. She is committed to helping clients feel more connected, supported, and at ease in their bodies through focused, individualized intuitive Myofascial Release care.

75 minute Massage Therapy /MFR Treatment - Ongoing
New PatientRegisteredGeneral

This appointment is for patients who are actively working within an already established treatment plan and is intended as a continuation of care. This 75 min visit allows us to return to the work already in progress - building on prior changes, responding to how your system has adapted and continuing to support the treatment plan that has been established. Ongoing sessions create space for the body to settle into change at its own pace. They allow us to stay present with your system as it reorganizes, while providing the steady input the fascial and nervous systems require for meaningful integration.
