Nicole holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia. She has completed additional post-graduate training in clinical Pilates, therapeutic cupping, intramuscular stimulation (IMS), breast cancer rehabilitation, and pre- and post-natal care. She is currently completing her Lymphedema Therapy Certification to deepen her expertise in lymphedema management and further support clients through cancer rehabilitation. As a physiotherapist, Nicole takes a holistic, evidence-based, and client-centred approach to care. She combines manual therapy, individualized exercise prescription, therapeutic modalities, IMS, and education to develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and goals. Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal injuries, pre- and post-natal rehabilitation, hypermobility spectrum disorder and breast cancer recovery. Outside of the clinic, Nicole enjoys exploring B.C.’s beautiful outdoors with her rescue dog and trying new fitness classes. She loves staying active, continuing to learn, and connecting with the local community.
