Amelia Fogel, RMT is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2022. She’s incredibly passionate about empowering others in their own wellness journeys and strives to create an inclusive, judgment-free environment in her treatment room. Amelia loves to use movement to empower people of all body types to connect with themselves, especially those who have struggled with chronic pain and provides enjoyable home-care to help manage mobility issues. Learning about the human body and how to stay in-tune with herself is what helps Amelia to move through the world with less pain, and she is grateful to share her expertise with you. Amelia became dedicated to her own health and wellness after experiencing chronic back pain for many years., working in a high stress and fast-paced career as a chef. Massage Therapy was a leap into bodily autonomy for her, by learning about physical awareness and incorporating exercise into her daily life. Amelia enjoys blending a combination of Swedish, relaxation massage, deep-tissue, myofacial, and structural-integration techniques to help her clients meet their goals. Her massage style is firm and uses smooth, consistent pressure. She treats everyone individually and works intuitively and collaboratively to find the root causes of discomfort, and make lasting improvements in your health. Whether you want to relax and de-stress, rehabilitate and manage injury or chronic symptoms, Amelia focusses on creating a treatment plan that meets you where you are at, with a respectful and sincere dedication to your needs. Some of Amelia’s favourite pastimes are yoga, singing and cooking (usually they go hand in hand), and she strongly believes It’s never too cold to go swimming!

An ideal length for a general full body treatment, or for great detailed work on half the body, a thorough assessment and home care program, and to fully decompress.
