Osteopathy
At your initial osteopathy appointment, you’ll receive a thorough assessment designed to understand your body’s structure and function. This involves discussing your health history, lifestyle, and any specific concerns, followed by a physical examination to assess posture, mobility, and areas of tension or discomfort. Based on these findings, your osteopath will create a personalized treatment plan that uses gentle, hands-on techniques to improve alignment, release tension, and enhance mobility.
