Rose graduated from the University of Toronto, where she obtained a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy after completing a Bachelors of Applied Science in Kinesiology at the University of Guelph-Humber. She had a particular interest in becoming a physiotherapist from a young age when she was a competitive gymnast and dancer. Her career began in the big city, working at both a busy outpatient clinic and St. Michael’s Hospital in orthopaedics. Recently, she has made the move to Meaford to enjoy the Georgian Bay lifestyle! Through her clinical experience, Rose has had the opportunity to treat a variety of musculoskeletal/neurological conditions and is a practicing Women’s Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. She utilizes a treatment approach that combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, acupuncture/modalities and education to help patients recover from injury and meet their goals. Rose is passionate about continuing education and has completed courses in Acupuncture, Women’s Pelvic Health, Soft Tissue Release, K-Taping and multiple levels within the CPA Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy program. Outside of the clinic, Rose looks forward to hikes and lookouts in the Georgian Bay area and is guilty of watching mindless reality TV with a glass of wine.
