She has Masters Degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Illinois University where she served her graduate assistantship as a Stress Management and Wellness Coordinator. She is licensed for massage by the state of Colorado (DORA) and is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) as well as the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). Following a successful bone marrow transplant from her brother, Rachel was exposed for the first time to Lymph Drainage Therapy during her lengthy recovery process. While maintaining an interest in massage, this experience ignited within her a passion to serve others going through similar recovery experiences. With a unique understanding of and compassion for those in suffering, Rachel is grateful for the opportunity to use her talents to bring relief and renewal to her clients. Moving to Greeley, Mindful Massage and Bodywork, LLC was opened in February of 2015 and proudly serves the High Plains community. Recently married, Rachel and her husband enjoy the outdoors and generally lead an active lifestyle. In her spare time, she loves to nap, read, search for tasty food, and spend time with friends and family. Excited to finally have her own business, she looks forward to meeting you soon!
