Logan Lapinsky graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and has clinical experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury recovery, and insurance-related rehabilitation programs. As a Kinesiologist, Logan’s work is centred around movement. He uses progressive, functional exercise to help patients rebuild strength, mobility, endurance, and confidence following injury or periods of reduced activity. Rather than simply providing exercises, Logan helps patients understand why they are performing them and how each component fits into their recovery. Programs are progressed according to the patient’s abilities and rehabilitation goals, helping bridge the gap between injury and a return to normal activity. Whether the objective is returning to work, resuming exercise, improving physical capacity, or becoming more confident with everyday movement, Logan focuses on giving patients the tools to make continued progress beyond their rehabilitation sessions.
