This appointment includes adjustment and muscle therapy for 45 minutes. Muscle therapy includes work on both your fascia and muscle. This allows your adjustment to move easier and to maintain itself for a longer period of time. Fourty-five minutes is recommended if you require multiple areas of the body, would like to incorporate acupuncture into your treatment session, or are experiencing complex chronic pain.
