I previously worked as a massage therapist from 2006-2008 as the owner of Kneaded Essentials in Terre Haute. An opportunity came that provided a steady salary and benefits so I took a Hiatus from massage while I worked as an Active Duty member of the Air National Guard. After retiring in 2022 I took some time for myself and family. I'm now re-entering the workforce and am excited to be doing what I have loved always!
Therapeutic Massage provides a relaxed sense of calm and beyond. It addresses issues such as chronic pain, muscle injuries, postural imbalances, and limited mobility. These sessions focus on healing and rehabilitating the bodys soft tissues. At Sunshine Therapeutics, this may include: deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and/or sports massage techniques.
