Amneet Virk graduated in Bachelors of Physiotherapy from Baba Farid University in Punjab, India. After completing her entry level Physiotherapy degree in 2012, Amneet immigrated to Canada in the year 2013. In the following couple of years she has completed all the credentialing and other academic requirements from University of Toronto and University of British Columbia to eventually gain her Registered Interim Physiotherapist status in the year 2016. In her initial years before starting her licensed practice in the field of Physiotherapy, Amneet has worked in different physiotherapy clinics in Surrey BC as a Rehab Assistant. She has completed her Physiotherapy Competency Examination in 2018 and currently holds a Fully Registered Physiotherapist status with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia. Amneet is multilingual, fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi and has experience working with patients of various cultural backgrounds. Her areas of expertise include Orthopedics and Neurology, treatment approach consists of manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy. Besides her professional self, Amneet is a caring mom and wife, most of her free time is spent with her family. Her hobbies include travelling, cooking, and socializing with nears and dears.
