Nathalie Durand completed her Bachelor’s degree at Concordia University. After recovering from a serious horseback riding accident in 1994, Nathalie pursued her curiosity about healing in the alternative health field. Developing a passion for massage, she underwent almost 2000 hours of training in Canada, the US, and India. She is devoted since twenty years in alternative health using massage therapy and holistic manual therapy. She is a member of the Fédération Québécoise des Massothérapeute Agréée since 1996, a member of the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners since 1997, and has completed advanced studies in Craniosacral therapy with the Upledger Institute in 2000. Nathalie fuses listening, presence and awareness into her wide variety of modalities. Her sessions may include mobilizations, stretches, acupressure points, fasciatherapy, myofascial release, dialogue, deep flow and other techniques, adapted to the patient’s comfort, with or without oil.
