Professional therapeutic bodywork. I am a National Board Certified Massage Therapist, a graduate from National Holistic Institute, renowned College of Massage Therapy. 25+ years of being engaged in diverse dynamic activities have contributed to my perception of energy and mind-body connection and to my passion for a therapeutic massage. I integrate different modalities adjusting them to every client’s specific needs. About the techniques I use: I incorporate soothing Swedish technique, Deep Tissue work, Myofascial Release, Stretches, and Muscle Energy Techniques (I am trained in Hendrickson method of Orthopedic massage). I work with rotator cuff issues, lower back pain, targeted release of hypertonic muscles. Every massage session makes you more aware of your body and connected to it, and this will help you to improve your well being.

Customized therapy session aiming to address different issues, such as Lower Back and Sciatica pain, Rotator Cuff issues, Tension headaches, Injuries rehabilitation, etc. Combining a variety of techniques, from Swedish relaxing strokes to Deep Tissue and Myofascial release, I will tailor the session to your specific needs, addressing holding patterns and working tension, layer by layer. Aromatherapy is complimentary with this service.
Lymphatic Drainage
MLD is a gentle treatment technique that improves the activity of the lymph vessels, promotes detoxification process, strengthens the immune system, and relieves swelling. It has a deep soothing effect by promoting parasympathetic response. (Advised to come in for your session with an empty stomach, if possible). Contraindications: acute infections, cardiac edema, acute bronchitis, kidney failure, blood clots, acute DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis). If you are in doubt - consult your physician first.
