I am a National Board Certified Massage Therapist, a graduate from National Holistic Institute, renowned College of Massage Therapy. 25+ years of being engaged in diverse dynamic activities have contributed to my perception of energy and mind-body connection and to my passion for a therapeutic massage. I integrate different modalities adjusting them to every clients specific needs. About the techniques I use: I incorporate soothing Swedish technique, Deep Tissue work, Myofascial Release, Stretches, and Muscle Energy Techniques (I am trained in Hendrickson method of Orthopedic massage). I work with rotator cuff issues, lower back pain, targeted release of hypertonic muscles.
