Biography: Maxi is an experienced Osteopath and Counsellor who takes an integrated, whole-person approach to care. With over a decade of clinical experience, she supports individuals navigating both physical and emotional challenges, with a particular focus on the connection between body, mind, and lived experience. As an Osteopath, Maxi holds a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the Health Sciences University in London, UK. She works with a wide range of musculoskeletal and complex health conditions, combining hands-on manual therapy with education and movement-based strategies to support long-term health and resilience. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in Children’s Osteopathy and has experience working with infants, children, and adolescents, providing gentle, developmentally informed care. In her counselling work, Maxi supports adults experiencing trauma, chronic health concerns, anxiety, neurodivergence, grief, and identity-related challenges. Her approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and integrates EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and somatic, body-based practices. She offers a compassionate, steady space where clients can explore challenges at a pace that feels manageable. Maxi is committed to inclusive, patient-centred care and warmly welcomes individuals from all backgrounds. She strives to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported in their journey toward improved health and wellbeing.
