Holly has been a licensed massage therapist and bodyworker since graduating her 14 month program in 2019 which consisted of polarity therapy, swedish massage, myofascial release, sports massage, deep tissue, and positional release, neuromuscular technique, prenatal massage, and a 3 day oncology training. Holly is also has obtained her MBLEX certification, ashiatsu training, and a 3 day brief reflexology training. After 7 years in the field, with knowledge and experience in many areas of bodywork, she most often thrives in positional release, myofascial, and deep tissue. Each massage is customized; before your massage your therapist will disuss which style of massage would be best for your needs. All of our therapists are trained in deep tissue, Swedish and relaxation massage.
