Heachaches? Neck pain? Back pain? Jaw clicking or pain? Recent knee surgery? Want to move with ease? I treat these musculoskeletal conditions and many more with an approach to massage and bodywork that is results-oriented and rooted in knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology. My assessment and massage practice draw from myofascial integration, neuroluscular therapy, trigger point therapy, craniosacral techniques, and others. It's important to me to get as much detail as possible about your conditions, needs, and concerns so that I can best care for you and help you return to and maintain optimal health. Massage helped me improve a neck condition that I thought I would just have to live with, and it empowered me to regain sound posture and self care, so I decided to do the kind of work that would help others get similar results. I began my massage practice in a mid-valley chiropractic clinic in 2011, then ventured into private practice in the historic Crees Building downtown Corvallis in 2017. Most downtown parking is free for 3 hours at a time. Please feel free to book now and experience bodywork that will help you move with ease and enjoy better health and well-being. I am eager to work with you.
