Makenna’s approach to treatment is compassionate and adaptive, working collaboratively with her patients to help restore mobility, balance, and function. Understanding the connection between mind and body, Makenna takes a balanced approach to treatment, combining relaxation-focused techniques with more active and targeted techniques based on each patient’s individual needs and goals. Her treatments may include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, active and passive movements, joint mobilizations, and neuromuscular techniques. Outside of the clinic, Makenna enjoys spending time at the gym, running, walking her dogs, and reading.
