Born in Halifax and raised in Fall River, Dr. Alex attended Acadia University where he graduated in 2017 with a Bsc. Kinesiology. This is where he found his passion for helping others move better, perform better, and get the the most out of their life! This led Dr. Alex to take his studies south of the border where he attended the New York Chiropractic College, of which he graduated in December of 2021. Dr. Alex is a certified strength & conditioning specialist and during his time at Acadia worked alongside multiple varsity teams and local athletes in the Annapolis Valley. Through his education and clinical experience Dr. Alex has been able to work with patients of all ages, abilities, limitations, and underlying health conditions. Dr. Alex has extensive knowledge in anatomy, neurology, nutrition, biomechanics, movement assessment, exercise programming and rehabilitation. Combining his knowledge and experience Dr. Alex will make an individualized care plan for each patient depending on their needs to help them achieve their goals!
